1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We do not ship to international locations.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
• Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Vietnam

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

• Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
• Rate: We offer a flat rate of $4.95 for all orders
• Estimated Delivery: 8-12 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location or unexpected carrier delays

4. SHIPPING PARTNERS

Both parts of the delivery process are handled by our network of trustworthy carriers:

• Vietnam Post / VNPost — for dispatch from Vietnam
• USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx — for domestic delivery in the US

Your tracking information will reflect the assigned carrier for your specific order.

5. VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@vihanau.com — we can only update addresses within 24 hours of purchase.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation
Occasionally, tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier processing or other external factors

7. LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Carrier disruptions or natural events outside our control
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
• Customs or postal processing
