1. ORDER CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase
After 24 hours, the order will be processed and shipped — changes or cancellations may no longer be possible

2. RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused and unwashed
  • Item is in its original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or activewear with built-in underwear liners (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Gift cards

4. EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges for a different size or color of the same item.
To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at support@vihanau.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your preferred size or color
  2. We will confirm availability and provide return instructions
  3. Ship the item to our return address above — customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part
  4. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 5–7 business days

5. REFUNDS

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
  • If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be returned to your PayPal account

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Email support@vihanau.com with your order number and a photo of the issue
  • We will review and resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you
